What you'll do
- Manage a docket of contested probate, trust, and conservatorship matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial briefs
- Take and defend depositions; conduct hearings and trials
- Maintain consistent client communication and case documentation
What you'll bring
- CA Bar admission in good standing
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience (probate experience a plus)
- Strong writing, oral advocacy, and case-management skills
